We are honored to welcome volunteers from the Netherlands, Slovenia, Morocco and Tanzania, who joined Rural Health Access Initiatives (RHAI) in our recent outreach in Soko Village, Kahe Mashariki Ward – Moshi Rural.
Together, we provided vital health education on M-Pox, women’s health and hygiene, HIV/AIDS, and family planning. We also conducted MUAC and weight measurements to identify malnourished children, offered nutritional supplements, Vitamin A, and deworming medication.
In addition, caregivers received nutrition education and took part in practical cooking sessions focused on preparing balanced meals using local ingredients. Our team also extended support to persons with disabilities and the elderly, ensuring no one is left behind.
Thank you to our incredible volunteers for your compassion and commitment to improving community health!
