RHAI endeavors to represent the public’s best interests and we focus on issues such as Children and youth developmental empowerment, health, social welfare and global humanitarian outreach. The primary purposes of the board are to ensure the organization is on track in regard to meet its goals as well as to craft policies supporting the goals.

Dr. William Niwakoeli Kisima
A public health professional with extensive experience in community healthcare, maternal and child health, and rural health systems strengthening. He founded and leads RHAI, providing strategic direction, building partnerships, and driving programs that improve access to quality healthcare for underserved communities in Tanzania.

Responsible for coordinating program implementation and overseeing field operations to ensure effective delivery of community health services across project areas.
